WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 30 Day Defective return policy. If anything goes wrong within 30 days, we try to fix the item, replace the item, or give a full store credit return on the item.
HOW MANY LOCATIONS DO YOU HAVE?
We have three locations across Columbus, Ohio. We have a location in Clintonville on High Street, a location in Polaris on Powell Road, and a location in Hilliard on Hilliard-Rome Road.
DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT ONLINE?
While we do not have a traditional storefront on our website, we do sell items on eBay & Amazon. You can find the links to both at the top of our website.
WHAT DO YOU TAKE IN TRADE?
We take in anything within reason that are Video Game, Movie, or Music related. If you have questions regarding a certain trade item, please call any of our three stores for more information.
DO YOU DO MIDNIGHT RELEASES?
If there is a title release that is warranting a big response, we may do a midnight release for said title. If you would like us to do a midnight release for a new release, let us know on our social media pages, or pre-order the game with us!
DO YOU DO REPAIRS?
Unfortunately we do not. We do however change Game Boy game batteries for only $15.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We do not. Only service animals are allowed at all three locations.
